DESCRIPTION
The CoreSite NY3 project represents a significant achievement in modern construction, with a focus on high-quality material installation and cutting-edge design. Our team was proud to contribute to this expansive facility, where we played a key role in the building’s exterior cladding and design elements.

Key components of the project include:

• Kingspan Shadowline: We expertly installed over 20,000 SF of Kingspan Shadowline insulated metal panels, delivering a sleek and modern aesthetic while providing superior thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

• Kingspan MiniMicro Panels: These innovative, high-performance insulated metal panels were used to enhance the building's durability, functionality, and visual appeal, contributing to the project’s contemporary design. We installed over 82,000 SF of these panels.

• Aluminum Composite Panels: We installed roughly 4,500 SF of aluminum composite panels in a 3 coat custom color at the canopy locations on the new building. While installing, we also installed AVB and subgirts to ensure a quality installation.

• AWV Architectural Deep Vision Screen: Adding a unique architectural element, we installed the Vision Screen, providing both privacy and design sophistication to the building’s facade. We installed over 13,000 SF of these vision screens.
