THE CHALLENGE
•Delays in preceding work activities were going to push the metal panel installation from Fall to the heart of Wisconsin winter
•The original sequencing plan would have left the building interior exposed and have the added challenge of working over a finished roof
OUR RESULT
•The Mohawk management team developed a creative installation method which allowed the panel work to start ahead of other trades.
•As a result, the building was closed in and protected prior to the challenging winter weather and the general contractor was able to improve on the overall completion schedule
